This Privacy Policy explains how Avlabs Dijital Hizmetler Anonim Şirketi ("Avlabs", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the mobile application Gram AI: Weight Estimate (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
When you use the App's estimation features, you choose to capture a photo with your camera or select an existing photo from your device. That photo is sent off your device so that an AI-based image analysis process can generate an estimate for you (for example, an approximate weight or count). Your photos and the resulting estimate may be stored so that you can view your history within the App, until you delete them or request deletion as described in Section 4.
Like most apps, the App automatically collects certain technical information when you use it, including:
If you subscribe to premium features, purchase and subscription information (such as your subscription status and purchase history) is processed in order to manage your subscription and unlock the corresponding features. Payment itself is handled entirely by Google Play's billing system — we do not receive or store your card or payment details.
The App does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for or knowingly collect your name, email address, phone number, or physical address. The App does not access or collect your precise or approximate location, contacts, calendar, SMS/call logs, or files unrelated to the photo you choose to submit. Where any feature of the App references a location-like result, that result is produced purely from visual analysis of the photo you provide — it is not derived from GPS or any device location service.
We do not sell your personal information. We work with a limited number of service providers who process information on our behalf, strictly for the purposes described below:

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Avlabs, our users, or others.
We retain your photos, estimates, and account-level usage data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App's features, or until you delete them. You can delete individual results from within the App. To request deletion of all data associated with your use of the App, or to ask a question about the data we hold, contact us at info@avlabs.app. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
You can also limit ad personalization at any time through your device's operating system settings (for example, by resetting or limiting your advertising identifier in your Android privacy settings).
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us at info@avlabs.app and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including encryption of data in transit. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Because our service providers operate infrastructure in multiple countries, information may be processed in countries other than your own, including countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. Where this occurs, we take steps to ensure information continues to be protected consistently with this Privacy Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or regulatory reasons. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
